Welcome to our main event page.  Here you will find a list of upcoming events or switch to calendar view and sort through dates in the future.  In addition there is a drop down subpage for the main events schedule for the year where you can find out more information.  Please check back often as schedules and information is subject to change.  You can subscribe to the calendar.

    ONLINE REGISTRATION OPEN UNTIL July 20th.  Extra discounts from paying at park for both members and non-members.


    Registering online requires online payment.  To receive member discounts your membership for 2017 must be paid in full and you need to register with your email for your account and log on to your profile.  See instructions below!!!

    Online Registrations Discounted.  Online registration closes July 20th.  More information on discounted Day Passes and Obstacle Passes below.

    Prices at the Park noted in flyer.  You must register online to get discounted camping rates and to buy discounted Day Passes!

    Save money on your event fees by buying a Fun Show Day Pass online.  Fun Show Day Passes will only be offered online.  Fun Show Day passes are good for One Rider for one entry in each event of their class.  No sharing or mixing of Fun Show day passes.  

    Save money on Obstacle course runs by buying Obstacle 3Run Passes. Mixing and matching of riders allowed.

    How to Register Online:

    Before end of Day July 20th, select the register button.

    Enter your email address, if you are an active member, enter the email address associated with your membership to get the member pricing, log on to your profile when instructed.  All others proceed with your desired email address.

    Select your camping/day use option.

    Fill out the registration form, here you will be able to pay for your stalls and any day passes and/or obstacle passes you need.  

    Fun Show Day Passes are good for One Rider entry in each event one time for the selected class.  If you have multiple riders or multiple horses, buy extra passes.

    Obstacle 3 Run Passes are good for for 3 runs in the same class. Mixing and matching of horse and riders is allowed.  You may buy as many passes in the classes as you need.

    Pay Online.  Only online payments will be honored for  online discounts.  

    Print your invoice and bring it with you to the park to speed up the sign up process.

    Volunteer briefing will be provided and you will be working under guidance of our Trail Bosses

    Location: will be announced week of the date and directions will be provided. 

    Tools: Please bring your own gloves and some basic work tools (such as loppers, axe, hatchet, chainsaw, shovel, rakes etc).  Loppers the most common used tool.  Those skilled with chainsaws are always appreciated.  We do NOT provide tools at this time.

    Work environment: You will be traveling on foot through the trail system.  You must be able to hike 2 to 4 miles including some hilly terrain.  You will be crossing creeks and mud, so have adequate foot protection.  We work with you to make the work suitable for your skill level. 

    This is a great way to learn the trail system and help us prepare them for riders for the season.
